Are your products truly handmade?

Yes! Every piece from Julia Eve Designs is lovingly handcrafted by Julia Grey herself in Stratford, CT. This ensures each item is unique and made with personal attention to detail.

Will the item I receive look exactly like the picture on your website?

While we strive for accuracy in our product photos, due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and size may occur from the images displayed. These subtle differences are a natural part of the artistic process and make your piece truly one-of-a-kind! Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.

Do you offer custom orders?

We may offer custom orders depending on the type of product and current availability. If you're interested in a custom piece, please contact us at juliaevedesigns@gmail.com with your ideas, and we'll let you know if we can bring your vision to life!

What materials do you use in your designs?

 We use natural materials hand-picked from the shores of the Long Island Sound in coastal Connecticut, including sea glass, driftwood, beach pebbles, shells, and more. Specific material details are provided on each product page.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which encrypts your payment details. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at juliaevedesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only guarantee cancellations if your order has not yet begun processing or been shipped. For custom orders, specific cancellation terms will apply as agreed upon during the order process.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to process my order?

As all items are handcrafted, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. This timeframe does not include the actual shipping transit time.

What shipping carriers do you use?

 We primarily ship via USPS. In some cases, or if you select an upgraded option at checkout, we may use UPS or FedEx.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days via standard shipping. Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

My package says delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Please check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors. Sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still can't locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If they are unable to help, contact us at juliaevedesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of the "delivered" scan so we can assist.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and offer refunds only if the item is damaged upon arrival AND you report the damage to Julia Eve Designs within 7 days of delivery. All other sales are final.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at juliaevedesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage to the item and its packaging. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return and refund process for the damaged item.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?

Yes, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged and are reported within 7 days of delivery:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Sale items.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards.

How long does it take to process a refund for a damaged item?

Once we receive the returned damaged item and inspect it, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

Currently, Julia Eve Designs operates exclusively online through www.juliaevedesigns.com. We do not have a physical retail location.
