Return Policy

At Julia Eve Designs, we pour our heart and soul into creating unique, handcrafted pieces for you. Each item is carefully made and inspected before it leaves our studio. Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind, and delicate nature of our handmade products, we have a specific return policy outlined below.
1. Our Return Policy
We accept returns and offer refunds ONLY if the item is damaged upon arrival AND the damage is reported to Julia Eve Designs within 7 days of delivery. All other sales are final.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Damaged Items Only)
To be eligible for a return and refund due to damage, the following conditions must be met:
- Damage Reporting Window: You must report the damage to us within 7 days of the item's delivery date.
- Proof of Damage: Clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and its original packaging is required.
- Item Condition: The damaged item must be unused.
- Original Packaging: The item should ideally be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: The return must be accompanied by the original packing slip or proof of purchase (e.g., order number, email confirmation)
3. Non-Returnable Items (Except for Damage as per Section 1)
For reasons including hygiene, customization, or final sale status, the following items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged and are reported within the 7-day delivery window:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Due to their unique, made-to-order nature.
- Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price or marked as clearance.
- Earrings: For health and hygiene reasons.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
4. How to Report a Damaged Item & Initiate a Return
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Send an email to juliaevedesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of the item's delivery date.
- Provide Information: In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear description of the damage.
- Attached photographs clearly showing the damage to the item itself and the condition of the packaging it arrived in.
- Await Instructions: Once we receive your report and review the evidence, we will contact you with specific instructions on how to proceed, including whether the item needs to be returned to us.
5. Refunds for Damaged Items
- Once your returned damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- If the return for damage is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
6. Return Shipping for Damaged Items
- If a return is approved for a damaged item, we will provide a return shipping label or specific instructions regarding return shipping costs. Please do not send back damaged items without prior authorization from us.
